Can I be deprived of my property?
The deed of our house & land, its mutation certificate have two names, first my father, second my name. I have taken housing loan for the building;my father has also invested money. Now, because of family problem, I stay away from my house, along with my wife, in a rented house and keep repaying the HBL EMI from my salary. My parents are living in the house.My father is retired with pension. Now can my father do any thing wrong to deprive me of the property, though I have legally joint-ownership of it? Any other negative prospect for me?
