Tell me if this is a good deal?

My friend found an iPhone 3GS 32GB on the floor. The screen is horrifically cracked to the point where you can slide your finger on the screen and chunks of gl will fall. The touch screen still works though. He wants to sell it but I have no money but I'm willing to offer a good condition Samsung Eternity with charger, extra battery and 1GB Micro SD card, iPod Nano 3rd gen 4GB, and a Nintendo DSi with 5 games. The games are GTA: Chinatown wars, FF 4, FF Tactics A2, Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, and Metroid Pinball. All of my items together are worth around $500, and because the phones screen is virtually destroyed I think we both are getting a good deal. Please tell me your input.
