Does anyone remember this song??? pleeese! :)?

Ok, Im really sorry, but im gonna give you a very vague description haha... it sounds like an asian-based song. Fast, loud rhythmic percussion. There arent any words, but just some male voices accompanying the music with "He HE! He HE! He HE! Ha! Ha! HA!" I used to know the name of it, but forgot. Its a 2-3 word oriental name. I'd categorize this song in techno, club, or electronic... Sound familiar?? HEELp! :)
