Can a person track my Ip address to get to my facebook?

so i was on this random chat website havin fun and sum guy just pops up and says hi and gives me a facebook url whish i copy, pasted and opened in safari. It turned out to be mine and when i asked how the guy said he worked for the KGB and to have a goodnight. I am freaked out
