Crack in the plastic of my radiator, what will fix?

I hit a racoon and cracked the nub on the bottom of the plastic part of my radiator where it sets into the frame, it is a small crack around the nub. i tried epoxy and it seems to have melted under the heat, the epoxy smeared and seems to have lost its cure. what else could i use to fix this?
