Since I went vegetarian, I have been taking a Flaxseed Oil supplement daily for the Omega 3 essential fatty acids (555mg twice a day). Would it be too much to add an Omega 3 seed mix to this, sprinkled on cereal or in salads? It's not that I'm trying to get more Omega 3, but I just like the taste and texture of seeds. Can you risk getting too much Omega 3 from doing this?
