How can my nvidia geforce 8400 gs only have 117 mb there is only 256 and 512 available?

well i looked online and u can only buy 256mb and 512 mb geforce 8400gs video cards...................................… wtf? and its such an odd number iv never heard of a video card with 117 mbs..............i checked on system requirements lab and thats what it came up with.
