I can't figure out what these drumsticks are called?

I'm trying to find a certain type of drumstick, but I can't remember what they are called. They are the drumsticks that instead of being one stick of wood, they are made up of about 8 or 9 (i think) smaller sticks of wood bound tightly together. My dad said they were called rhythm sticks, but l couldn't find anything under that name. Can someone help me? Thanks so much.
