Is this a good outfit for the first day of high school ?

If you want to wear the skirt then I think you should wear it with a white vest top, the pink lacy vest doesn't really go with it (in my opinion!) but obviously I can't see it on you, so you'll be the better judge of whether it looks good or not :)
