Your opinion on this situation..?

Earlier this week, I got an p that admitted two people to see a movie early. My good friend and I planned on using it to go together. Unfortunately, I got sick today and could not go. However, I offered her to take the p and go with some else since I couldn't. She accepted and called me when it ended. She told me that she got more free tickets to see another movie. She didn't offer them to me, she told me that she wanted to go with her sisters and I could go if I was able to, if not they would take someone else. I just thought that it was kind of rude of her not to offer me the tickets first, since I generously gave her the p. Then, she called back and told me the tickets were for a theater to far away, and I was about to ask if I could offer them to someone in family. Then she told me that they were giving them to someone that I'm not too fond of, again, without offering anything to me. I'm probably just over thinking this, but do you guys think it was rude of her?
