What steps to take when painting the inside of a wooden driftboat?

No Spark out of the Coil?

This is a repost. I am working on a GMC Jimmy w/ a 4.3 L engine. I had no spark to the plugs so I chased it back to what I thought was a bad Lead wire from the coil to the distributor cap. I did a complete tune up with wires, plugs, rotor, cap, and a new distributor (with the new cam sensor) I tested the coil to the primary and secondary resistance and it test ok, but for the $20, I replaced that as well. Still no joy. I replace the ignition module on the back of the coil. No Joy. I am getting 12 VDC out of the coil, my primary and secondary resistance check out, but I still have no spark from my coil, I have a scan tool for the OBD II, but I have no codes to reference from the car, it sat with a dead battery for a few months and nothing was stored. After my last post a few thought my Crank sensor so I replaced it and checked to see 8 vDC into it with a good ground, so where can my problem lie? Any help and specific help would be greatly appreciated.

Why don't we put more effort into getting these people psychotherapy than making them into social outcasts and forcing them into hiding. Knee injury....?

ive been having a lot of problems with my knee this year, not to happy about that. but anyways, i twisted it pretty bad in jan, went to ortho, said i had a pretty good grade 2 MCL tear. i was NWB for five weeks, then partial for a few more, and now im all the way. ive been in PT pretty much since moved to PWB and there has been no improvement in my knee, it has actually gotten a little worse. doctor ordered another MRI, i get the results on tuesday. both my ortho on PT think that i have torn my meniscus also, and that it was overlooked at the beginning. my question is, what is involved with meniscus REPAIR surgery? what happens post op? is the knee braced, if so what kind? crutches or no crutches? any info that you guys have on this would be very much appriciated. thanks.

Wild about crepes...?

I had authentic crepes at a french restaurant in NY years ago, but they're no longer in business. Then I tried recently at a fast food establishment in a mall nearby. A friend of mine has almost the entire 60 vol. set, but he is missing Vol. 17 (Thomas Aquinas II) and Vol. 19 (Dante & Chaucer). It is the 1990 edition, but it has a red cover. All of the others that I have seen are in black, though. So im 17 years old, and all my life I have been dealing with something that im not sure really exists. Ive always been like this, and its never been different. When somethings changes in my life whether it be as significant as moving houses or as insignificant as me having to buy a new binder thats not the same color as my others, I get highly stressed out. Its no OCD well at least i dont think it is. Cause thinks rnt perfect or neat in my life watsoever. Except my schedule. Every Monday is the same. Every Tuesday and so on. If something gets off, I become extremely stressed and began crying. My laptop broke the other day, which was my life cause it was something I could always get on that was going to be the same everytime. Well my mom allowed me to have hers, and when i got on and saw that everything was different, I got so stressed and began crying, until the laptop was the exact same as before. It takes about 3 weeks to get used to something. I wont buy new phones, or new clothes and if I do have to buy bigger clothes, I buy the same thing just a bigger size. A few months ago my mother in law ped away and left a land in a trust to her eight children (one of them being my husband). We have been living on the property in one of the houses for seven years, paying rent (to his mother), taking care of her physically, and maintaining the half acre property ourselves. It was agreed between the siblings after his mother's death that we would move into the main house and live on property in order to maintain the property as the caretakers (1/2 acre yard, house, etc), but still pay the "rent" to the "trustee" sister. Husband's libido vs antidepressants. (mature)?

Ok this is a serious question try to be mature about it ok? My husband recently started taking an antidepressant. He had serious depression problems for a long time, and the pills seem to be helping a lot. Unfortunately, they have also made him have next to no libido. Keeping hateful, mentally unstable relative away a good idea?

My husband and I have come to terms that we must cut out his mother from our lives due to her inability to be kind, compionate, and above all, sane. She has always been very unstable but we dealt with it for a very, very long time only because she loves our 2 year old son very much. She often disregards our rank as his parents, however, and has made horrible comments about how she loves him more than us, etc, etc but we dealt with it. The last straw came 3 weeks ago, however, when she was angry at us simply for moving to a city further away from her home. She sent my husbands ex-wife (the mother of our son) an email spouting absolutly slanderous things that were completely untrue with no real reason except to attack us. We stopped communication immediately, including keeping her away from our son, and informed her that her email and blatant disregard for our feelings was to blame. All has been very well since, but my husband is now persistant that we should invite her to our son's 3rd birthday party in a few weeks if only to show that if she doesn't come, she will only have herself to blame (we have invited relatives that she hates and we are quite sure she will not come because of this). Since I went vegetarian, I have been taking a Flaxseed Oil supplement daily for the Omega 3 essential fatty acids (555mg twice a day). There is definitely suspense in your writing. However, my biggest criticism is that I think you can use bigger words and more descriptive language. I would elongate it; however, not too much because then it will just drag. Also, I would avoid some of your descriptions, like "nasty jars with UFOs" and "freaky". Other than it needing more length, since a short paragraph really doesn't do justice to the suspense you want to build, and some language enhancement, I would say that you are on a really good start, and should continue writing.

Something is bothering him. If this is a big change in personality, its not "just something he's going thru". When children go through their teens, the brain makes changes. This is why so many young college students have their first schizophrenic episode. I would definitely see if you can find a way to talk to him or get him some counseling. It could be drinking or drugs or any number of other thing but I'd not just chalk it off to being a teenager.

Earlier this week, I got an p that admitted two people to see a movie early. My good friend and I planned on using it to go together. Unfortunately, I got sick today and could not go. The downside is that the more weight you use the heavier and slower the boat. this brings us to why not all keel boats are the same as some are built for speed and some for stability. my boat is nearly 50/50 weight distribution this means half my boats total weight is in the keel the rest is the boat itself this makes my boat very stable and able to sail in high wind conditions. The downside is my boat isn't as fast as others. Some boats have 35/65 that's 35% of the weight is in the keel this makes them fast but not very stable.

Primarily, I'm a torrent user and quite dislike LimeWire, but I admit it's handy for somethings. One of the things I dislike about LW is the code which generates that first result (or perhaps a few) that are likely viruses of some sort. It's not as though I'd be stupid enough to download it, but the fact they are there just bothers me. Ubuntu - Wine - Exe File Permissions?

I cannot seem to find a straight answer to this question. When I try and change the read and write permisson on executable install CDs the system will not allow. I tried copying all setup files to the Ubuntu 10.4 desktop and they will run with the Wine loader but of course the setup looks for the CD drive which it cannot find. I want to install Call of Duty 1 but it has 2 cds needed for installation.

Getting over a breakup?

My girlfriend of 3 years broke up with me. She told me she wanted to be independent and find herself and couldnt do that while being with me. We have had a turmoltious relationship, which culminated in her arrest last August for Domestic abuse. We were not allowed to see eachother for about two months and while she was gone I got us an apartment. We both worked together at the time of the arrest and were subsequently fired soon thereafter. When we met back up everything was great again for a while. She couldnt find a job, so I supported us in every way. This led to a lot of resentment on both sides. On christmas I got druk and we fought again. In april she told me she didnt love me anymore. We still live together..she found a job shortly after the breakup and helps pay bills. I found a note from some dude about the two of them hooking up two weeks before the breakup. I asked her about it and she said that they had been talking since august..that he was a member at our gym and had comforted her when we were apart. She had been talking to him and confiding in him since that point. I still love her and want her back so much..even though she cheated on me. She said my clingyness is pushing her further and further away. She just doesnt feel like she could ever be with me again. She still talks to this guy and occasionally goes out with some other douche. She has anger issues..and has had a lot go wrong in her life. When we met she was a coke head..very permisciuos among other things. I showed her the good side of life and she fell head over heels for me and gave up her bad ways. I always looked at her as the girl that she was even though she changed and I feel that is why she cant find herself with my constant reminder. We were engaged for a long time and talked about a magical future. We would always give eachother one more chance..she abandoned me.. Now everything I was working towards is ruined. I drink constantly..I was on my way to a good career.but now I cant seem to think of anything but her...she just wants to be friends..f that. how do I win her back? How can I get her to fall back in love with me? Im ready now..Ill forgive everything and give her everything I got...I cant let go..I cant let go of the one thing that made me happier then I have ever been!!! How to lower a tandem bike seat past its limit?
